Yoga in the Nude
Yoga is an exercise that a lot of people are trying out.
From the usual thing of working up a sweat jogging or in an aerobics class,
this has changed to sitting or standing in a room while stretching and doing some breathing exercises.
There is another way to spice up yoga,
instead of faster movement or upbeat music, you could try doing yoga without any clothes on.
Some yoga classes such as the Bikram Yoga are done in a room with a hot climate.
Instructors advise the participants to wear as little clothing as possible and to bring water to drink.
Since the normal attire for most yoga classes is light clothing,
the idea came out one day to do things without any clothing in the nude.
